DigiTaxHub.co.uk is an independent UK information resource. References to "we", "us", or "our" in this policy mean DigiTaxHub.co.uk.

We collect minimal data:

• Email address — only if you subscribe to our newsletter. Used solely to send MTD deadline reminders and relevant updates. We do not sell or share your email address with third parties.
• Anonymous analytics — we use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly tool that does not use cookies and does not collect any personal data or personally identifiable information. No IP addresses are stored. Plausible is GDPR-compliant by design.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is stored securely in AWS (Amazon Web Services) infrastructure located in the eu-west-2 (London) region. We use AWS SES to send emails.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send you. On unsubscription, your email address is removed from our active subscriber list immediately.

Cookies

We do not use cookies. Plausible Analytics, our analytics provider, operates without cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other cookie-based tracking.

Your rights
